Wardance
occurs every Wednesday in Dallas. It's a deathrock, punk, postpunk, and
trad goth DJ night founded by Oliver/DJ Death Church and Austen/DJ
Decontrol as a spin-off from the currently-on-hiatus monthly Atrocity
Exhibition deathrock event. "Atrocity Exhibition presents Wardance." The
event is named after the Killing Joke song "Wardance." The Dallas
nightlife website Centraltrack.com said, "[R]est assured that this is
one of the darkest weeklies you'll find anywhere in town." The event is
every Wednesday upstairs at the Crown & harp on lower Greenville
Avenue and is always free.
